Genelle King founded her company, King Communication Resources, in 1988 after identifying a need for improved communications between health care professionals and their patients. In 1990, after numerous requests, she expanded her client base to include businesses who expressed a desire for realistic solutions for their communication concerns with clients and staff.
She currently develops and presents programs for many companies in the Midwest. As a consultant and trainer, Genelle enjoys working with people at all levels in the organization, helping them enhance their personal and professional communications. In addition to her communication workshops, Genelle leads focus groups and consults with individuals on professional development
After receiving her education at Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and at Indiana University, South Bend, she began her career in training as a registered nurse, responsible for clinical instruction of student nurses.
Genelle is past president of the Michiana Chapter of American Society for Training and Development. She is committed to life-long learning and has a special interest in motivation and issues impacting personal development and change.
